LEMANS AVIONICS has specialized in the development and manufacture of precision metal components for the Aviation Industry for over 40 years now. High precision components are manufactured for integration into mechanical altimetric and barometric counters, with calibrations in IN-HG or Millibars. Our counters are supplied in custom designed sizes, or in 2" or 3" standard sizes, meeting all aviation standards.

The acquisition of MPW, founded in 1965, complements the precision and high quality capabilities of LEMANS manufacturing facilities. Mechanical precision components are process controlled by highly trained technicians with assemblies completed in clean room facilities.

Our R&D Team has a long tradition in collaborating with customers in creating prototypes of specialized components. Solid model CAD/CAM systems are used to bring engineered prototypes to manufacturing reality, using CNC and microscopic quality control techniques.

MecaProtoSwiss manufacturing capabilities have evolved over decades. Investments in CNC machinery, along with highly trained personnel, provide continuous improvements for the most advanced components required in today's industries.
